ChangeScreenResolution is an app that lets you change your screen resolution from the command line, which can be invoked from batch files, Autohotkey scripts and Launchbox.
Example for 1902x1080 60hz:
ChangeScreenResolution.exe /w=1920 /h=1080 /f=60
