You need to apply a patch made by Mystery Wizard to get the game to work which you can download from Mediafire

Patch Installing

To apply the patch simply extract the zip file and overwrite the existing file in "C:\Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\\Intake_Data\Managed\" Folder.
